Tony represents both buyers and sellers of real estate on the North Coast. Services include hunting down on and off-market agricultural assets, real estate valuation, negotiation, due diligence, marketing, and transaction close, and access to his deep Rolodex of clientele which includes PCA's, vineyard managers, graphics designers, engineers, vineyard development design professional, reservoir and grading contractors, and a host of other entitlement consultants.
Tony's reputation is built on value-added services, ranging from assisting in the creation of wine brands, grower relations of wine grapes, and more. His main territory is in the North Coast Counties (Napa, Sonoma, Lake, and Mendocino Counties) but is known to branch out across the broader Bay Area region and the greater California landscape.
Prior to real estate, Tony grew up working on his family's vineyard, is a 3rd generation grape grower, and operates his own estate vineyard along the Russian River. Tony approaches his business with "be the hardest worker in the room" mentality, coupled with crucial area knowledge giving his clients a high degree of confidence and customer experience when they engage his services. Tony has spent the last two decades building ironclad relationships, and much of his business comes from word of mouth and referral.
Paul Walia started his Real Estate career in 2018. He was quickly recruited by the NorCal Vineyards Sales Team, one of the biggest winery and vineyard selling teams in the North Coast of California. In 3 years, Paul has accumulated over $30 million in sales volume selling winery, vineyard, residential, and commercial properties.
Paul has a bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and a retail business management background. His skills include financial analytics, conscientious negotiation, clear communication, detailed problem-solving, and real estate valuations.
At the age of 8, Paul moved from India to California with his family. Growing up in both India and the U.S has allowed him to learn two languages, English and Punjabi, and understand cultural diversity. When Paul first started in the Real Estate industry, he quickly learned that his diverse background and modern education have allowed him to make deep connections with various clients. He has worked with clients ranging from Silicon Valley tech entrepreneurs to grape farmers. Paul approaches his Real Estate business and life with the mindset “To get what you want, you need to deserve what you want,” and continues to deserve his accomplishments in the Real Estate industry.
